At Brooks & Lane, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests can only be submitted after your order has been delivered.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item to assess fit is acceptable; however, items must not show signs of wear or use.

  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning part of the order are not eligible for returns.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international shipping charges, customs fees, or duties that may apply.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@brooks-and-lane.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide you with the appropriate return address.

  • The item must be returned at your own expense.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brooks & Lane cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days. Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

  • Any address corrections or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
